Yorkies with full tails are just as lovely, IMO. If you really wanted it docked, you could, but it would be treated like a surgery...she would have to have anesthesia, etc. You [I]could[I] have it done at the same time as a spay/neuter, removal of retained teeth, etc, but I would just leave it at this point. It's not unhealthy and will make her unique.
