Ok.. my post will be USELESS because I can't rememer the site name but 2 years ago I found THE BEST web site builder from the UK. It was made JUST FOR DUMMIES like me. I can't even build on GEOCITIES which is supposedly EASY. i am totally handicapped building ANY WEBSITE.
This one was Totally like point and click for a KID with the greatest pictures and backgrounds. NO TECHNICAL language. and lots of choices. I paid some minimal amount for the year and they hosted and everything. I have NEVER EVER found one I liked as much and was so easy. I have also neber seem one with the background types like this one tyht was so inexpensive.
So now al this is stupid because I can't find the name... but I will try and go back and look
