I know that for Coco not to have to go into Quarentine she had to travel before she was 3 months or maybe even two and she had to have documents from the Vet to say she was healthy and had the vaccinations that she needed. I do not know how it is when they are older though...and I am sure it depends on the Country...I guess my response isn't very helpful
