It would probably be safe in a delicates bag, but I wasn't sure and wanted to prolong the life of the harness.

I have never washed any of my furbabies outfit as it does not need one yet, but I am sure it is okay to toss in the washer provided it is inside the delicate bag and perhaps gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry though, just hang dry it and then iron is highly recommended to get it back to almost its original look.
