My babies did the same thing. I talked to my vet about it when I got bella and he said it was just some vitamin in the pooh she is not getting. He told me to give them vitamins or just let them grow out of it.
Bunny grew out of it (she is now a yr and half) but scent bella (6 months) has a heart prob I got the vitamins and it worked.
