I've never seen "real" diluting directions, so I take a squirt of shampoo in a cup, slowly add warm water and swirl it around gently and then pour that down Zoies back. It works well and still lathers well. I just work it around and then rinse. She still comes out just as fresh as when I poured a bunch of straight shampoo down her back! Conditioner is harder for me, I use it straight cause Zoie's hair takes ALOT of it.
