Wow 6-8 weeks is a long time. What type of surgery was it? Punkin had to be quiet for 2 weeks after she was spayed and that was hard. After 3 days she was ready to go - jumping and running.

She couldn't get wet for 2 weeks either. I did use an old face cloth to mop her up a bit. I actually soaked it to clean up her face and then used a dry one to dry her off some. It helped, but boy did she need a bath!
