I've also never seen anything really small. I buy the Old Mother Hubbard small dog bones and they are even tinier than the puppy Milkbones, but I break it into several pieces and that is what Sissy gets. Altogether she probably gets 1 whole OMH bone each day. She does love Yogurt Drops, too but they have lots of vitamins in them and if I give her more than a piece of one each day she will get runny poop.
