I was married 6 months to the day when my ex-husband walked out to go to a bar and never came back. He let me know via a friend of his what his intentions were. Obviously I was heartbroken (I was stupid!) and tried to get in touch with him to find out what was so suddenly (??) wrong. Again, via a friend, he agreed to meet me at my mother's so we could talk. Well.... while I'm off waiting at my mother's - he went into the apartment and took EVERYTHING out except my clothes, my animals and the bills!

I sat in an empty apartment at night in the dark holding on to my fur babies crying for months. I look back now and can't believe I'm the same person.

Hang in there. The days turn into weeks and time really does ease the pain.

Well, thanks to my ex's stuff..we have a whopping 50 bucks! Lol! Of course he was pissed but oh well! He's not mad anymore b/c i gave it to the Animal Shelter. They used the money towards buying new beds for the babies. I'm happy they did, becuase they needed new ones.
