I'm in the same boat as well. I keep Syd clipped short...but her groomer (my mom) just had a double knee replacement and will be laid up for awhile. So right now Syd is looking a little bit shaggy. (she looks like a little sheepdog)
I don't have any recent pictures stored on my computer...or I would show you. So I resorted to the baby barrette idea a week ago. I keep it in all the time except at night. So far she hasn't gotten it out while I am at work...but even if she did it's made out of non-toxic plastic, so it should be ok.
Plus she looks absolutely adorable with her hair in a barrette!
So this is just a stage? What will it be like next?
