I shave up the back of their neck and try to take off the dark color and leave the gold. I leave their hair long on top, it parts in back. I just shaved her today. I tried to get a pic but the moon is full and the pups are crazy tonight. I also shave them close, I like it better after a week or so, and I put t-shirts on them during the day to make sure they do not get sunburned.
