It goes on with velcro ... wonder if that would be safe in a parking lot (live n a townhouse, so outside is a parking lot with small patches of lawns)?
I actually think I might have that tiny harness from petsmart which I think I bought when we first got Wembley. It was too hard to house train her with the harness because it took forever to get on, so we switched to a collar. I'll have to look around for it. Also, I think that the light on the harness suggestion is a fantastic idea! I walk her on a leash, but at night there's very little light to see what she's doing ... or
eating.
