I know this is a wild idea, but what about getting the media involved, especially if you can link up with some others who have been victimized by this jerk. I know that Date Line and 20/20 does stories like these. I'd love to see this guy get closed down. And if that can't happen, maybe getting some national attention may stop people from buying from him!!!!
