Don't worry, once Jasmine's adult coat comes in she won't get those matts. Petey and Rosie don't get matted. We use the Cowboy magic now too. I found it at Amazon.com. It works great on both types of coats. Wally is going to the groomer Friday, he has matts on his legs also. I don't know how he got them, but they are getting worse. They will probably have to shave him down as well. I tried, but he won't cooperate with me. Keep on trying to comb/brush Jasmine, she'll learn to love it. Try it when she is tired and sitting in your lap. Petey just rolls over now on his back and lets me brush him out. He used to hate it too. Don't worry, things will get better.
