Kiki is about 17 weeks now. I already shaved her puppy coat off once, b/c it was just SOOOOO thick and curly and fuzzy, impossible to comb through, and she was starting to look like a chia pet.
It's starting to grow back in, and is straighter and easier to comb, but I'm still suspecting she might end up being a cotton coat. If so, I may decide to keep her in a permanent puppy-cut (which I think is just as cute, anyway!)
Here's my question (finally getting around to it!
):
For those of you who keep the hair longer on the head, and shorter on the body....what do you do with the back of the head/neck (from ears to tops of shoulders)? I'd like to keep it long, but don't know where/how to do the break between long/short.
Does the question make any sense?!
My weird request is for pictures of the BACK of your dog's head, if they have a cut like this.
