It will cost him less to settle then to spend his money on Lawyers and Court fees.
File a claim with the Better Business Bureau.
Contact the ASPCA in that Texas location and report a Puppy Mill....they have to inspect....one nightmare deserves another....
That Site is revolting...they look sick , scared and just about as far from the Yorkie standard as you can get....
