My girl Rylie is 7 months today, her hair on the top of her head is... black tips from her baby stage, white/silver in the middle and tan on the roots. When i took her for her first grooming the groomer refused to cut her MESSY head hair because she fell in love with her tri colour head and didn't want to cut the black tips off
So in other words your puppies silver ( but looks like white) hair will probably change and basically you won't know what colour she will really be till about 2 years old.
