My first aid info. for dogs says to soak a cotton ball (make sure it is cotton, not synthetic) in Half & Half and feed it to the dog. Break into two pieces of your baby is under 5 lbs, from 5-10 lbs, feed two cotton balls. The glass will get wrapped in the cotton ball and the cream will help it slide through the digestive system without causing any cuts.
I would check with your vet first, though. Even a small piece of glass can do damage through the system.
