First of all, welcome to YT. I'm sorry I have no experience to offer you here, but it sounds odd that a pinched nerve would be causing her to shiver, and throw up. Perhaps another opinion would be good, especially since her back legs are wobbly. It might be possible that she is being overmedicated as well. I hope Bella feels better soon. Please let us know how she is doing and what you find out.
