Oh, Sully is a puller, allright! All 9 pounds of him pulls like he's a much bigger dog than he actually is! It's crazy!
But that harness holds tight. The velcro is just really strong. I'm SUPER impressed with this harness/vest!!!
It works, and now I'm spoiled and prefer to use that vest over his other leash/harness; haha!!!
