That is horrible! You need to report this! How did you get this woman's name - (ie. was it a pet website, newspaper ....)(is she a breeder?). Depending on the circumstances will determine who "all" you should report this too. What is her name and where does she live so that we also know to avoid her? I too was scammed - bought a "teacup" at a "teacup price" that turned into a 7lb dog -- they had lied about the puppies weight (was big already when I received it on the plane) |
