It happend with Mitzi once or twice. She kind of 'overslept' it. I would watch him very carefully and if he shows any other abnormal behaviour like shaking, dry nose, watery eyes, biting his tummy or behind, hiding, sleeping much more, having problems going bathroom etc. I would call the Vet.
We hope it's just an 'accident' and he's doing well again.
