Thank you everyone for the replies.....
We try very, very hard to please our customers but we try even harder to please our puppies. The puppies come first. I had to turn away a customer over the weekend because I did not believe they would provide a good environment for a puppy.
We'll do everything possible to make sure we have happy puppies and customers.
