I use Frontline Plus. The fleas are SOOOOO bad where I am right now. But, within a day of putting the Frontline Plus on, they stop scratching altogether! It is like a light switch! The only thing that I am not pleased with is that it does not last us the whole month. About 3 weeks in, they start scratching again. I brought this up with my vet and she told me that I could give them Frontline Plus every 2 weeks with no problems. So, I am going to just give it to them every 3 weeks, since that it when it seems to stop working for us.
