Haven't heard of this, but it sounds great! Piper flew to us, that was an experience I wouldn't go through again. The breeder was going to send her with a nanny until she canceled out. So she put her on a plane that ships animals. She was covered from head to toe with poop when we got her. She was dehydrated, and very poor shape. The breeder lives 3 hours from her closest airport. Piper flew at 1 in the morning do to keeping the temp cool enough. So she took off at 11 from her home, got on a plane from Kanas to Minneapolis. Took off again arrived in Miami at 10 am. Thats almost 12 hours without food & water. It was in her crate, but so was everything else. Torn up paper with poop a dirty poopy blanket. It was just awful. It cost $250 to ship her also. The air service charged $170, but the breeder charged $250.Piper didn't even fly into my airport. I had to travel 3 hours over to Miami to get her. So on top of everything else she had a 3 hour trip home. Gave her plenty of nutri-cal when I got her so she could make the trip home. So Yes, If this is is as good as it sounds, I'd go for it. |
