I took Ruthie to the er vet yesterday because she had an eye infection - wouldn't open her eye, swollen etc. The vet said it was conjunctivitis and gave me Tobrex eye drops to put in every 6 hours. I've been doing that - yesterday she only had drops put in twice, but I already noticed a difference - she was opening her eye more and you could tell she was feeling better. This morning, she's her usual playful self, full of energy - eye is open - but her eye is cloudy. Is this just a part of the infection or from the eye drops or something? As far as I can tell, she can still see out of it, but I'm worried about permanent damage... today is a holiday and our vet is closed. Has anyone had any experience with conjunctivitis and a cloudy eye?
