I have been living in the Seattle area for the last three years. We moved here from Texas. Washington is absolutely beautiful, Seattle is a gorgeous city and summer here is terrific. However...I have yet to get used to the rain, but I hear people who have always lived here never get used to the rain either. Sea Fair was this weekend, and there just couldn't have been a better weekend for it!! Lots to see and do in Seattle and all around Washington. I have yet to go visit dozens of places that I keep trying to get to see. I think if you come here, you will like it...but the winter and the rain can get to be a bit much at times.
