I neutered my male when he was 7 months and he is now 11 months old. My female went into heat a few days ago, and he won't stop mounting her. Today while she was busy eating her food and his, she allowed him to finish his business (for the first time) before snarling at him and pulling away. I was surprised to see him frozen for about 5 minutes, his "pee-er" hanging to the ground, his hind legs tense and what looked like a scrotum protruding out at the base of his "pee-er" (I thought that (testicles) were removed when he was neutered?). I didn't think neutered males were able to get interested enough to finish??? Please explain!!!
