I can only advise on Sir Gallahad since his sizes are similar to Sissy. She is usually an XSM and has a 7" neck, 11" chest, 9" back.

It totally depends on the maker of the clothes, though. I know with Tiger's Mom (go.fetch.home.comcast.net) Sissy is a Tiny2. At Target, she is an XSM and sometimes these are too big. At Tinkerbell's Closet and ChloeBella, she is an XSM, but at Kristin's Kreations she is a SM. Hopefully, if you are ordering things, the website will give you an idea by measurements. Otherwise, you might just have to try and return. Good luck to you.
