Aw the poor bunny
Atleast you did all you could do. If it was a baby it would've probably passed on regaurdless if you saved it, because the mother rabbit would not care for it anymore after you guys already handled it. I learned this the hard way when I had baby rabbits in my yard, I was like 10yrs old. One ended up passing away, the other one lived to be full grown though.
