Has she had a stool sample recently? They can get diarrhea from giardia or coccidia and can get dehydrated very quickly if the diarrhea continues. Mucousy stools can be a sign of giardia.
I would think that it wouldn't be from her vaccines since they were given 5 days ago, but you never know.
