I know that it is common to have blood when you have diarrhea more than once. However, since she was being treated for the Coccidia, I would check with the vet. I don't know how long it takes for the medicine to work, but she probably shouldn't be having diarrhea now if she was finishing up the meds. May need round 2 of treatment.
