I don't like dog .com either. I ordered from them once, tht was the first and last time I did it. the customer service was so crappy. My items took 2 weeks to get home. I called customer service 3 times, was on hold like 40 minutes each time until I gave up. emailed them and told them the lakc of customer service skills they had.
