I have a seat called "Pet Voyage" or something like that. I use it in the front seat and the seat is pushed back as far as it will go in case the air bag deploys. This seat has a restraining strap that attaches to her harness. If puppies aren't secured in their seats, well...I don't even want to imagine the outcome of a wreck.
What is the purpose of the 'car seats' that don't have restraining straps?
