Mine were:

2. Breeder Quality of dogs
3. Puppy/parents/grandparents bone structure includes level topline, gait
4. face (includes, earset, eyes, muzzle, etc..)
5. personality - yorkie true terrier personality - outgoing and intelligence
6. coat (silk/color/straightness) this also includes looking at parents/grand.

And above all - health and soundness of dog and parents/grand. All the above is no good without a healthy dog. with a health guarantee.
8. Pedigree - so I could go further with my investigation than just to grandparents.
9. Size: 5 - 7 lbs fully grown - if the dog was smaller or larger - not interested
10. Sex of dog
11. Full registration or co-ownership with full registration later - since my goal was to show
Price was not an issue nor contracts or location - I knew what to expect (I did my homework) and would go as far as needed for what I wanted.
