Have you thought of getting a custom made one from one of the websites we're always chatting about here? Some of them are really adorable, and some are plain...whichever you prefer. The ones on tinkerbell's site are soooo cute, and barkindog has a good one, too.

for that little plain black nylon harness from PetSmart, too. We just got one last weekend & I love it! More importantly, Max doesn't mind wearing it, doesn't chomp my fingers when I'm putting it on him, and it FITS. He's 5.5 lbs, and we got the XS, too.
