When our Eskimo Spitz was spayed, it seems like she was sleepy and laid around for a few days. But with Sissy, she was active as soon as she came home. The vet did say no running, jumping or stairs for a few days, but since the whole world is larger than she is and running, jumping and stairs is what she knows, that is what she did. As soon as I put her down when we came home, she ran through the living room, up the stairs, jumped onto the couch in the office and then curled up there. She slept a lot that first day, but other than that, didn't take it easy at all (even though I tried). She never wimpered or acted like she felt bad at all. Hope Kizzy will take it easy, but do well right away, too.
