I would think that if the coughing continues, particularly if it starts and she isn't stopping for a period, or if you continue to hear wheezing, she may have an upper respiratory infection of some kind. Probably not an emergency, but I know they can get really sick really fast.
Rush her to the ER vet for sure if she become lethargic or stops eating or drinking. Good luck, hope she feels better soon.
