I won't order from Dog.com because I requested a catolog 3mos ago and have never received one. I called the company and they said they sent one out to me and unless I order from it they wouldn't send out another one. I was so mad that I refuse to buy any thing from them. They told me to just order online. I told them I perfered to order out of a catalog. Oh well, there are plenty of other companies that are more helpful. Sorry for your bad experience with them.
