I have been having a wacky couple of weeks ......so every thing I do truns out like poop (the smelly kind  ). If they asked me to be Godmother I wouldn't know what to do (not really thinking that would happen but that's the kinda luck I've been having)

Buy a present and go. It doesn't have to be much. Think how good you feel when she fusses over your yorkies. We'll she just wants the same thing. Knock on the door, when she answers say Hi, By the way, my name is****, I don 't believe I know yours.
She may turn out to be a good friend, and it's also good to be friendly to neighbors. You might need her to dog sit some day.
