I'm not sure on the specifics as far as the number of dogs right off top of my head, but I've seen some very nice "kennels" and some very BAD kennels. I have nothing against those who have a kennel, heck I've seen some that are state of the art that put some people's houses to shame, but for us, we just couldn't kennel our dogs. Now we have had to seperate males from females and we have a "groom kennel" so to speak...it's actually my little place to escape when I want to go off by myself and not have to groom in my house with all those hairs flying around.
If we were ever "forced" to keep our dogs kenneled, we would not cooperate! Plain and simple. I suppose if it's ever enforced, we'll be sure to keep our number of dogs under the allowance. I would not be able to care for an outrageous number of dogs anyway and I think it's in anyone's best interest not to get in over their head.
