Both my yorkies are 4lbs and I found harnesses that fit them perfectly at PetSmart. BUT I also noticed a few pet stores have cat harnesses, so if you dont have a PetSmart near your home check your local pet store for a cat harness, they are much smaller than the ones made for dogs and just might work for your little girl
