Thanks for that little chill!!!!

It was so hot the beginning of this week and cooled down yesterday finally. This week began high school girls swim conditioning (I coach) and the pool desk (indoors) is ALWAYS hot, so just imagine what it was like this week. The water temp was 90 degrees and the air was even worse!!!

I also teach yoga/pilates at a couple Ford accounts where there is no air conditioning. That was fun, too!!! If we could sweat our way to weight loss, I wouldn't weigh anything right now!!
