I'm very disappointed with dog.com. I order this very fun ball that giggles and makes noise as the dogs play with it. Not 10 minutes after my dogs started playing with it, it would no longer make noise. I called the company to complain and ask them to send me a new one. The manager said they have no guarantee on the toys and "sorry." The person I spoke with said, "We can't control how rough some dogs are with the toys." I'm sorry, but my 2 less than 3 pound yorkies should not be able to ruin a toy that quickly. They can't even get their mouths around it. They were just hitting it back and forth.
Sorry about the rant but that frustrated me!
