We got james on american airlines and I wouldnt reccomend them......After the plane landed the door to the cargo part was stuck and he had to be on there for and extra hour and half (after they finally got it open) all the passengers got there lugagge and were gone and THEN they brought james out. I know stuff happens but the staff at SFO were rude and kept saying it should be coming out in 5 minutes..5 minutes later another 5 minutes....welll an hour and a half later
