Thank you, everyone! Another thing we did was hide her pill in a little piece of chicken, lol. She gobbled it right up! And this is the same pill we tried putting in a green bean and a small piece of cheese before....she ate the bean and the cheese and spit the pill back out. She'll take her other medication, but there's just something about the way this pill tastes to her. It is kinda cute to watch her eat AROUND it and then spit it back out, lol.
We only eat white meat chicken, so I would never feed her dark, and not a ton either...I'm just really surprised how much this method to get her to go potty seems to be working. Like I said, it's only with me that she seems to have a real problem with going outside...if there's other people in the house she's hyper and all over. With just me, it's naptime, lol. |
