pee smell in a room that has tile flooring. I think my laundry room is starting to smell that and I just hate it

. . . both my furbabies go on the pad but my boy often does not hit the mark

. . . lately I have been cleaning the floor with water and a few drops of Ammonia but it does not look like it is helping at all. Of course, I also think that the pee pad when pee'd on gives out that smell, but I could be wrong . . .

Can anyone help
