I bought the stairs "as seen on TV" from Walmart. I was so excited, put them together and when I finished I was so very angry . They only went 1/2 up theside of the bed and 3/4 up the side of the couch. In the box as a certificate "allowing" me the priviledge to SPEND ANOTHER 9.99 to buy the "riser" which was another two steps. NO WHERE on the box did it give a height.

The kids were very curious and were all over the steps -- had they been tall enough they would have used them without second thought, but as it was I immediately packed them back up and took them back to Walmart for a refund. I would like to buy a set of steps, but not from a company whose primary purpose is to sell a product that requires me to buy yet another of their products to make the first one work.
