WOW! I'm so sorry to hear this.
I've never had a yorkie with it but I did have the chance to watch this surgery done when I was in high school on a smaller dog. The stone was the size of an egg and the dog did wonderfully. Can't remember the age, however. Whatever you decide, best of luck to you and your furbaby!
