 Yorkie Scams
Hi everyone...I have recently read of a scam going on w/yorkies :-( I located a lady in the state.com paper who 'claims' she wanted her yorkie adopted. I answered her. She then replied that she lived in Ohio...well ironically I am from Ohio so I mentioned that my husband was going home to visit this week could he meet...etc etc...she then emails back ( I guess she figured Ohio was a good hideout) that she has to travel 'out of the country' til December but.. she can have her 'shipped' to me for a 'nomimal fee' I'm sorry but I did not send her a very nice response...this is terrible...thank goodness I did NOT send her any money...please let everyone know this is a scam...this lady stated NO adoption fee...why would I have to pay for shipping when I can pick her up myself from Ohio right??? Thanks!!!! PS I'll just purchase or adopt a baby from someone close to home. |
